OMG Closing Stinks

Alright so hubby and I are now home owners but not before the painful process they call closing. Someone should warn that you might want to pack supplies just in case you are held hostage by the process and the people at the title company are so rude that even after you have been there 5 hours they do not ask you if would like to have a drink. Seriously 5 hours no would you like something to drink?? Our closer I believe wrote us off and some point. Basically I think we were standing in her way of leaving early for the weekend. This co has no CSR skills. So why were we there for 5 hours?? Well the lender messed up and there were problems. So after several hours of hubby skillfully handling phone calls to the lender and builder we finally signed. I hope to God that I never ever have to do this process again. So our lender left for the day and we won't be funded until Tuesday morning because it is a holiday weekend. We are hoping the builder will let us go in and paint anyway if not I have to figure out how to get it done & pack before next Friday. Alright I am exhausted until later.....
